What the site collects, why, who it is shared with and how to exercise your rights.
This site is built to know as little about you as possible. It sets no cookie, shows no advertising and sells nothing.
No cookie, no banner
Audience measurement uses PostHog in a cookieless configuration with no persistent identifier: nothing is written to your browser, neither cookie nor local storage. Page views are counted, but a visitor cannot be recognised from one visit to the next, nor followed from one site to another. That is why you are never shown a consent banner: there is nothing to consent to.
The traffic data is hosted by PostHog on its European infrastructure. If your browser sends the "Do Not Track" header, nothing is measured at all.
Forms
Two forms collect information, and only what you type into them:
- the contact form: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone, company, website, subject and message. They are used to answer you.
- the newsletter sign-up: first name and e-mail address. They are used to send you the newsletter.
This data is passed to the Mon Agence platform, run by a French company, which hosts it on behalf of the site's publisher and notifies them of new messages. It is not sold, not shared and not used for anything else. It is kept for as long as your request needs, and for the newsletter until you unsubscribe.
You can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every issue.
Third-party services the pages call
Showing a map or a page means a few requests to third parties, which then see your IP address:

Fonts are served from this site, with no call to Google Fonts. No social network button and no advertising pixel is loaded.
Server logs
The host keeps technical connection logs (IP address, page requested, date), needed to run and secure the service. They are not used to profile you.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection regarding your data. Write through the contact form choosing the subject "Something else": requests are handled within a month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, cnil.fr.
